Best Western Premier Heronston Hotel & Spa Achieves AA 4 STAR Grading

Best Western Premier Heronston Hotel & Spa was recently awarded an AA 4 STAR Grading following an overnight visit by an AA hotel inspector.

Following on from becoming a Best Western Premier Hotel this is a direct result of the hotel's refurbishment programme and the service provided by our staff. 

Here's what the inspector noted:

"A pleasure to return and great to experience first-hand, this really well run hotel by Mrs Powell and her team. High quality bedrooms offer much character and comfort for guests to enjoy combined with smart bathrooms. The guest experience is underpinned by the naturally friendly and proactive approach of the young team, led by the reception team. The location is advantageous for all that the area offers. Dinner was enjoyable and in the formal but relaxed setting of the dining room. A very good experience and congratulations to all the team for maintaining such high standards. We look forward to seeing the work forthcoming to the entrance conservatory. We are happy to move the journey here forward and excited to state that an AA Four Star Hotel grading is now in place with an AA Merit score of 73%. Very well done to all the team for the new accolade. "
