LATEST ANNOUNCEMENT: On Monday 17th May our Restaurant reopened for breakfast (Mon-Fri 7.00am-9.30am, Sat-Sun and Bank Holidays 8am-10am) and our Bar reopened from 6pm each evening with food served from 6pm and last food orders at 9pm. Our swimming pool, spa pool and gym reopened on Monday 3rd May (time slots must be booked with reception) and our Hotel Spa reopened on Friday 7th May (on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays initially). 

Social distancing measures and new safety and hygiene standards have been put in place throughout the hotel for your safety and ours. Please see our new Covid-19 Response Webpage. We look forward to welcoming you back to the hotel soon.

The Best Western Heronston Hotel & Spa offers 75 en-suite non smoking bedrooms designed with your comfort in mind. The hotel boasts a range of accommodation including standard, superior and family rooms and two bridal suites. Both Bridal Suites have patio doors opening directly onto a patio area and surrounding garden.

Our bedroom refurbishment is underway!! This should not affect your stay however we apologise should you experience any disruption. We are sure you will like the contemporary look of our new bedrooms and we look forward to welcoming you back to see the results.

We are also a pet friendly hotel and welcome well behaved pets. There is a £10.00 charge per pet per night. Pets are accommodated in our standard bedrooms in a ground floor section of the hotel near to our rear lawned area.

Pets are not allowed in public areas, with the exception of guide dogs.
