In response to COVID-19 and in line with the Best Western "Hotels That Care" programme we have been working hard to achieve our new "Quality In Tourism" Award and our Visit Wales "We're Good To Go" Award and ensure we have all of the correct safety and hygiene standards and procedures in place.

The safety of our team and guests is of utmost importance to us, therefore we have made numerous changes and added measures to ensure not only do you have an enjoyable stay but a safe one too.
Achieved our Quality In Tourism ‘Clean, Safe & Legal’ accreditation 7th July 2020.
Achieved our Visit Wales "We're Good To Go" Award.
Created an enhanced and robust cleaning regime throughout the hotel.
Created social distancing measures, floor markings and signs throughout the hotel.
Our hotel bar and Lounge are open for meals and drinks from 6.00pm. Our Restaurant is now open serving breakfast daily and dinner Monday to Saturday from 6.30pm. We offer a delicious ‘take away style’ breakfast delivered to your room and full room service dinner and drinks menu, all served safely with social distancing measures.
Arrival is from 3.00pm.
We created a contactless check-in system and would remind you to complete your registration card prior to arrival, which minimises your time at reception.
Bedrooms will be serviced on the day of departure, so no team member will enter your bedroom during your stay unless you request a mid-stay service. Additional supplies and towels are available from reception.
Contactless check-out is by 10.30am, with a ‘drop box’ for your room key, the credit / debit card provided will be charged and your invoice will be emailed to you directly.
