Heronston Hotel achieves highest AA Merit Score

Best Western Heronston Hotel was this year awarded an AA Merit Score of 75% following a day visit by an AA hotel inspector.

This is the highest merit score the hotel has been awarded and is a direct result of the hotel's on going refurbishment programme. The AA Merit score allows guests to compare hotels with the same AA Star rating. The hotel has maintained its 3 Star AA rating.

The hotel inspector noted that public areas felt welcoming and pleasant, with the leisure facilities adding a touch of glamour. Bedrooms continue to present well, with well dressed beds, comfortable seating and thoughtful accessories. The new Executive rooms and new bathrooms in Standard rooms now provide a higher quality product.
