Group Tours & Bowling Parties

The Best Western Heronston Hotel provides a perfect base to explore the whole of South Wales, situated between Cardiff and Swansea and minutes from the dramatic Heritage Coastline. With easy access to the M4 and ample free coach parking, we are ideally placed to visit the numerous attractions in our area, many of which have free entry. 

We can even arrange private tours of the 12th Century St Donat's Castle and Gardens, famously owned by William Randolph Hearst and host to many Hollywood stars of the 20s and 30s. There is an additional charge forthese tours which includes afternoon tea.

Not only are we a favourite with coach parties throughout the year, but we welcome sporting groups, mystery tours and turkey and tinsel festive break parties. 

We also welcome Bowling Parties from all over England, Wales and Scotland and  feature in Bowls International magazine. To play in the Vale Of Glamorgan you will require the permission of the Secretary of the County Bowling Assocation -
